Mr. Pollard spent a lot of money to restore this car to its current state. The only differences with the original car are the colors of exterior and t. The original car had a black exterior and Gray Bradford Cord upholstery.
It is a perfect restoration, and had long negotiations before the sale was finalized.
The new 1929 models were fitted, for the first time, with chrome plated exterior brightwork and enginedisplacement was increased to 328 cubic inch. A wholly new type of body design created by Cadillac engineers gave rear seat passengers the airiness and exhilaration of an open travel.
The rear folding roof came from the idea occasionally utilized in European models. 740 Cars were built in 1929 and 69 were exported.
